In this project, Zhengzhou Hotfun Park Rides Co., Ltd. successfully completed the manufacturing and factory testing of a Mobius Ring roller coaster, one of the advanced track ride systems designed for modern theme parks and large-scale amusement projects.
During the production phase, our engineering and manufacturing teams carefully executed each stage, including steel structure fabrication, precision welding, track assembly, and seating system installation. Special attention was given to the structural accuracy of the Mobius track design to ensure smooth operation and long-term safety performance.
The project materials include detailed production photos showing the manufacturing process in our factory, as well as close-up seat structure images that highlight the ride’s ergonomic design and safety restraint systems. Each seat is engineered to provide both comfort and secure protection for riders during high-speed operation.
In addition, a factory test-run video was conducted during the production stage. This testing process is an essential step to verify structural stability, track alignment, and overall operational performance before shipment. The ride was operated under controlled factory conditions to ensure all mechanical and electrical systems functioned correctly and safely.
